Canada shipping policy

Grizzly Papers currently ships across Canada (some restrictions apply).
Shipping to other international destinations (including the U.S.) is currently unavailable.

Shipping information

• Orders require processing time before dispatch. You’ll see the total price (including shipping) in CAD at checkout.

• Your payment method is charged in Canadian dollars as displayed at checkout.

• No additional duties are charged on Canadian orders.

• We’re unable to ship to the following locations at this time: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut.

Delivery

• We ship Monday–Friday (business days), excluding Canadian statutory holidays.

• No signature required on delivery.

• Please provide a street address (no PO Boxes), buzzer code, and any notes to help the courier deliver your parcel.

• Delays may occur due to severe weather, holiday volume, or remote-area routing.

Order tracking & status

• After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number, items, pricing, and shipping method.

• When your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
